For a slightly more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up once. If you’re going for a baggy or oversized street-style look, sizing up twice will give you that effect.

A good tip is to measure a shirt you already own that fits the way you like and compare the chest width before ordering. If you’re still not sure, message us before purchasing and we’ll guide you.

Standard delivery takes between 7–15 business days. After placing your order, you should expect to receive your tracking number within 3–4 business days. If you haven’t received tracking within that timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.

Some selected kits qualify for special shipping, which takes 1–3 business days. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, high demand drops, or public holidays.

We take quality seriously, but refunds are only available where the fault is ours. This includes situations where the wrong size was sent (not the size you ordered), the wrong item was delivered, or the product arrives damaged.

Any issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order, along with clear photo evidence. If the claim is approved, you will receive a full refund. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item if the mistake is ours.

We do not offer refunds or returns for ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or minor stitching variations that do not affect wear.
